Peter Pauls

1896 - 1976

Former Yarrow resident Peter H. Pauls of 32910 Brundidge Avenue, Abbotsford, B.C. died at Menno Hospital on December 20, 1976 at the age of 90 years.

Mr. Pauls was born in South Russia in 1896 and had lived in Abbotsford for seven years. He was a farmer. He is survived by his wife Helena; one daughter, Mary Janzen of Richmond and five grandchildren. He was predeceased by one son John Pauls and one sister Kathrine.

A funeral for Peter Pauls was held at the Yarrow Mennonite Brethren Church with Pastor Abe Klassen officiating. Pallbearers were Wes Janzen, George Heinrichs, Jake Hooge, Lawrence Janzen, George Hooge and David Pauls.

Interment followed at Yarrow Cemetery.



Henry Pauls

1854 – 1932

Henry Pauls 78 died Thursday, September 22, 1932 at the home of his son Peter Pauls Yarrow.

The deceased was born in South Russia and came to Yarrow in October 1932.

The funeral took place on Sunday September 25 at Yarrow.
