Abram Ernie Isaak

1934 - 2014

Abram Ernie Isaak passed away on December 24, 2014. Born on May 9, 1934 in Yarrow, BC to Henry & Anna Isaac. Ernie was the youngest of nine. He grew up going to the Yarrow MB Church. He loved to sing solos, in quartets and in the Abbotsford male chorus.

He married Marianne Toews on May 7, 1960. They had two children, a son Glen and a daughter Dianne. Marianne passed away on September 9, 2013.

Ernie founded his own trucking and bobcat business which he operated for 38 years. Ernie lived with Alzheimer’s disease.

He is predeceased by his wife, Marianne Isaak, and leaves behind a son and daughter-in-law, Glen & Rita, a daughter Dianne and four grandsons: Matthew, Marc, Luc and John and three siblings.

A celebration of life was held at Green Gables, 32044 Old Yale Road, Chilliwack on Saturday, January 17th, 2015.
