Alfred Martin V. Hisdal
1902 – 1974

A member of St. Paul’s Church, Chilliwack, and a former member of Sons of Norway, Edmonton, Alfred Martin Vilhelmsen Hisdal of 4068 Eckert Road, Yarrow, died April 4th 1974 at his residence. Rev. Albert Reiner officiated at the funeral service at Henderson’s Funeral Chapel.

Mr. Hisdal was born on March 8th 1902 in Norway and had lived in the Chilliwack area for six years.

He is survived by one son, Verner of Yarrow, B.C., four grandchildren, four brothers Ingvald, Vilhelm, Sigurd and Magnus Hisdal, and two sisters: Mrs. Amanda Brekkhus and Mrs. Amalia Fjereide all of Norway.

Pallbearers were Lloyd Johnson, Gil Harder, Al Epp, Jack Ast, Bob Sulz and Ruben Siemens.

Interment was in Yarrow Cemetery
