Justine Guenther
Justine Guenther 93, of Menno Hospital in Clearbrook died April 28, 1986 at the Menno Hospital in Clearbrook.
Funeral Service was held May 1, 1986 at Eden Mennonite Church in Chilliwack. Pastor Dick Rempel officiated assisted by Pastor David Nickel. Burial was
in the Oddfellows Cemetery. Bearers were her grandchildren.
Justine was born December 16, 1892 in Russia.
She lived in Clearbrook for nine years and came to Chilliwack in 1946. She was a retired homemaker and had been an active member of Eden Mennonite Church.
She enjoyed her family, reading, crocheting and embroidery.
Justine is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law Justine & John Warkentin of Swift Current, Sask.; Lena & Peter Klassen of Westbank, B.C.; Mary & John Klassen
of Langley, B.C.; Frieda & Al Loewen of Chilliwack, B.C.; sons and daughters-in-law: John & Lois Harms of Edmonton; Art & Kay Harms of Chilliwack; daughter-in-law
Helen Harms of Chilliwack; 22 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; sisters: Nettie Harms, Margaret Warkentin, Elizabeth Buehler all of Manitoba and
by numerous nieces and nephews.
Justine was predeceased by her son Peter in 1978; son John and daughter Erna in infancy and by her husbands: Peter A. Harms in 1964 and Frank Guenther in 1972.
