John Fred Damen

John Fred Damen of Yarrow died January 4th 1986 at Chilliwack General Hospital.

Mr. Damen was 73 years old. He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: Andrew & Karen of Yarrow; John & Ramona of Salmon Arm; six grandchildren: Susan, Peter and David Damen of Yarrow; Michael, Timothy and Rachel Damen of Salmon Arm; two brothers Coen and Wim Damen of the Netherlands; one sister, Anne Snip of the Netherlands.

He was predeceased by his wife Klara in 1974.

Funeral services were held January 10th 1986 from the Yarrow Mennonite Brethren Church with Pastor Wilf Richert and Rev. David McKenzie officiated.

Burial was at Valley View Memorial Gardens in Surrey.
