CHAMP, William Ernest

William Ernest Champ of Kamloops BC died March 26, 1985 in Kamloops.

He was born on July 5, 1947 in Vancouver BC.

Pastor A. Hern conducted prayers for family and friends on March 29, 1985 at the Dallas Baptist Church in Kamloops.

Internment followed at Yarrow Cemetery in Yarrow, B.C.

Schoening Funeral Service of Kamloops was in charge of arrangements.

He was active in the paving business for the past 18 years of which the last six were spent in the Kamloops area.

He enjoyed sport fishing on the ocean as well as on the small lakes in Kamloops.

He is survived by his wife Irene (nee Falk); two sons: Darren and Timothy, both at home; his mother Jean McLeod of Chilliwack; five sisters: Sheryl Gillette; Pat Racine; Janice Sowpal and their families all of Merritt; Susan Byers and family of Coquitlam; Donna Worral and family of Chilliwack; two brothers: Larry and family and Alan and family, all of Chilliwack; two brothers-in-law: Al Jackson and family of Kamloops and Henry Falk of Yarrow; and his mother-in-law, Katie Falk of Yarrow, B.C.
